Looking to nature, and especially drawing from life is always an Artists’s best way to practice observational drawing . We learn to draw structures, how nature uses mathematics such as the Fibonacci spiral to grow and develop, and how to capture and emulate line and colour in a myriad of different ways. No wonder so many Artists and Designers begin with natural form.
