If you were to ask which of my two creative biggest passions gives me the most joy, either teaching or making: I wouldn’t be able to choose. Hand in hand, the two have inspired one another, and woven an ever flowing river of learning between the teacher as student and the student as teacher. As creatives, we explore, grow and evolve by sharing, not by freezing in an ivory tower, and it has been, and continues to be my pleasure to meet and know my artist friends; in workshops, in classes, on here and still to come. Thankyou for all of you who have allowed me to teach, trusted in the group dynamic you all help create and for how you have become a little more magnificent an artist each week. Here are a few bits and bobs from teaching and making through the years . Happy Easter xxx
This is the display of our Art group’s hard work over the course of this year in a shop window in Coldingham. We have been fortunate to be able to use this space to show the range of skills and ideas of our fabulous group.
